As Supervising Staff you need to keep things fresh, you need to challenge them and encourage them to try harder. Sometimes a little criticism can go a long way. Supervising Staff need to have a clear vision of what they want and the goals that they have set themselves. You also need to make sure that your Supervisors are doing their best work so that your staff feel that they can achieve anything.
